Product and Sizing Questions

If your shoes don't fit, we’ll send you a free-exchange! Contact our customer support here within 30 days of receiving your items so we can send you a replacement.

We offer our shoes in standard width only. If you’re looking for a wider size we recommend you order one size up for the best fit.

Order questions

If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder.  If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary.

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once....the rest of your order is on its way!

Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 7-10 days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 15 days of your order you can simply request yours through our contact form or via email (support@.fanmade.club) and we will gladly you provide you with one. 

Shipping questions

We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through the USPS tracking website. Due note that it takes 7-10 days for the tracking information to be updated to their website

Yes. We ship to Canada and internationally.

We typically have a 7-10 working day processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order. Following this your package will be shipped to you between 2 - 6 weeks.

Return questions

You can change your shipping address or product size within 12 hours of placing your order. You can make these changes by contacting customer support here.

You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours of making a purchase by contacting our customer support team and requesting an order cancellation here.

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to show tracking information in the shipping courier’s system. If your tracking number is not showing data after a few days,
